A 39 y/o male suffered from R't side weakness. He was diagnosed hyperacute infarction, and received CTA + CT perfusion immediately. Finally, he received IV TPA and his neurologic deficit improved.
His infarction was confirmed by brain MRI two days later. Here, we only showed the initial CTP + CTA.
