27 y/o male.
CC: insidious onset bilateral fingers & toes numbness with gradual ascending to elbow and lower abdomen, followed by progressive 4 limbs weakness for days. No fever.
PX: Denied any past history. But he had drug abuse history before, and went to night club frequently recently
